Improving poor people?s access to financial services
PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE. The Australian aid program has been spending an average of $10 million a year since 2004 to improve poor people's access to financial services and this will increase to up to $20 million a year by 2012-13.
